Safety & Suitability Screening
Screening comes first
No consultation is required to apply, but every participant completes a confidential suitability screening before participation is confirmed. We review your goals, background and relevant health information and prepare you for the retreat process. Participation is selective; not every application is accepted.
Be fully honest about your health
Tell us about every medication and supplement you take and about your physical and mental-health history. Some medications and conditions may make psilocybin unsuitable for you. Never stop or change prescribed medication on your own — discuss your health history and medications with a qualified healthcare professional.
Small groups and a dedicated team
Groups are no larger than 6 participants, so every person receives individual attention before, during and after each session. Sessions are held in a private, calm space with the team close by throughout. The team is trauma-sensitive and focused on safety, structure and integration; the retreat is personally led by Dmitry Matveev.
This is not a wellness vacation
It is an intensive seven-day process that requires readiness, stability and personal responsibility. We work best with people who have a clear intention and are prepared to engage seriously with the process — including the preparation beforehand and the integration afterwards.
Not medical or emergency care
MycoSpirit provides a retreat and personal-development program, not emergency, medical or psychiatric care. Please read the full Health & Safety Disclaimer before applying.

Frequently asked questions
Is this safe?
No psychedelic experience is risk-free. Psychological and physical adverse effects can occur, and preparation, supervision and integration do not eliminate these risks. A suitability review is required before participation is confirmed. Screening cannot guarantee safety.
What medications or health conditions may affect eligibility?
Some prescription medications (including certain psychiatric medications) and some health conditions — for example, a history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, seizure disorders or serious cardiovascular conditions — may affect eligibility. These are reviewed individually during suitability screening. Do not stop or change prescribed medication on your own.
Who should not participate?
We do not work with people who are mainly looking for entertainment or a recreational psychedelic experience, are not prepared for intensive inner work, or have untreated severe psychiatric conditions. Participation is selective. Not every application is accepted.
Is this therapy?
No. This is not clinical therapy or treatment. It is a structured, guided process of deep psychological work using altered states of consciousness.
Do I need previous psychedelic experience?
No. What matters is your readiness for serious inner work and your willingness to complete the preparation and integration process.
