Psilocybin mushrooms are not prohibited under Jamaican law, and our programs take place in Jamaica. Psilocybin remains illegal in many other countries, including under U.S. federal law. You are responsible for understanding the laws that apply to you. We do not ship, sell or supply any substances outside the retreat program.
No psychedelic experience is risk-free. Possible effects include intense emotions, anxiety, confusion, altered perception, nausea, changes in heart rate and blood pressure, and, in rare cases, lasting psychological difficulties. Preparation, screening, supervision and integration reduce but do not eliminate these risks.
Participation may not be suitable for people who have, or have a history of, psychosis, schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder or manic episodes, seizure disorders, serious cardiovascular conditions, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain prescription medications, including some psychiatric medications, may interact with psilocybin. These factors are reviewed individually during suitability screening, and we may decline participation for safety reasons.
Do not stop, reduce or change any prescribed medication on your own in order to participate. Speak with your doctor first. Tell us about all medications and supplements you take.
You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information about your physical and mental health, for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before participating, and for following the team’s instructions during the program. Participation is voluntary, and you may stop at any time.
