These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of mycospirit.com (the “Website”) and to applications for and participation in retreats and programs offered by MycoSpirit Ltd., Company No. 124383, Main Street 121, Ocho Rios, Jamaica (“MycoSpirit”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
MycoSpirit offers structured retreat and personal-development programs in Jamaica, including preparation, guided sessions, personal support and integration. Our programs are not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply. Participation is selective and not guaranteed. Submitting an application does not create a booking or any obligation for either party.
All applicants complete a confidential suitability screening. We may ask for additional information or invite you to a short private conversation. We may decline or cancel any application or participation at our discretion, including for safety reasons. You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and to tell us promptly about any changes to your health, medications or circumstances before and during the program.
Prices are shown on the Website in U.S. dollars and may change. A place is confirmed only after screening, our written confirmation and receipt of the required payment. Unless stated otherwise in writing, prices do not include flights, airport transfers, travel insurance, visas or personal expenses. Payment, deposit, cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are provided in writing before your booking is confirmed and form part of your agreement with us.

We may ask you to leave the program, without a refund, if your behavior puts your own safety or the safety of others at risk or seriously disrupts the program.
Please read our Health & Safety Disclaimer. Participation involves intensive inner work and may involve psychoactive substances used in accordance with Jamaican law. These activities carry physical and psychological risks. You participate voluntarily and accept these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MycoSpirit, its team and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided, from failure to follow instructions, or from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change the program schedule, team members or location details where reasonably necessary. If we must cancel a program, we will offer you alternative dates or a refund of amounts paid to us for that program. We are not responsible for travel or other costs you have incurred.
All content on the Website, including text, images and videos, belongs to MycoSpirit or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission. Information on the Website is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical or legal advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.
