01 · Before you arrive
Preparation and suitability screening. We review your goals, background and relevant health information and prepare you for the retreat process. You arrive with a clear intention rather than vague hopes.
02 · During the retreat
Seven days and six nights in a private oceanfront setting near Ocho Rios. The program includes 5 guided sessions, individual support and a daily integration program, so insights are worked with while they are fresh. Groups are no larger than 6 people.
03 · After the retreat
The process continues after you leave Jamaica. You receive up to 3 months of integration support, designed to help translate the experience into real-life changes — in work, relationships and everyday decisions.
